Pilates near Pelham

“when i first started getting back into the gym in 2021, i was extremely intimidated. thanks to a couple of close friends, i chose 24e and my journey began. one thing i learned is that the home gym you pick is so important. if you don’t love it, it will not help you stay disciplined to go. i use several of 24e locations for the different types of equipment and space. this is really convenient and a perk depending on what type of workouts i want to do that day and also the ability to just have a change of scenery. the staff is always super friendly and attentive as well. i have had other memberships at gyms but none are quite as awesome to me as my 24e one.i don’t have kiddos but for mamas out there, some locations have daycare so you can get a workout in without having a babysitter!some locations have a smoothie bar, some with tanning beds, some with saunas - it’s nice to know you can access these certain things by all just being a 24e member.“

“Lynna at Riverchase Club Pilates was so warm, inviting, & such a GREAT instructor! I did my first Pilates class with her & I felt so cared for as well as leaving feeling better! The intro class was so worth my time & Abby who contacted me after sign-up & at the front desk was also great!
