Their response was very quick. Our technician (Patrick) was extremely professional, knowledgeable and skilled. He took the time to explain everything in terms even I could understand. AC was working wonderfully before he left.
I called ask about service on an air conditioner. It turns out they could come that afternoon. Check it out. Give me an estimate and they were able to come back the next day and complete service on both of my units. I was pleased with the professionalism, the knowledge and the courtesy great service. After taking a direct lightning, strike my air conditioning unit and other household items quit working. I called Surfside heating and cooling and they were at my door the following morning at 7:50 AM. They got my system working after a few short hours they were very professional, courteous and expedited, my cooling as quickly as possible since we were having heat advisory days at no end. A few weeks later because of the same issue my AC completely stopped working. Therefore, I had to replace my entire system. They were out immediately to install my new system.
