I’ve hired multiple companies like this but this is the first one that’s actually got my yard looking beautiful. Love, love, love them. Great job with the weeds!!!!!

No one picks up the phone. I was going to see about starting service via a recommendation I am glad they did not pick up now after reading these reviews.

This company came out and treated my lawn after we told them we would not be going with them because no one would call us back. Had another company come and treat our yard. We laid new sod in several places and Old South came out treated the new sod and yard which you are not supposed to do on new sod 6 days after the other company treated our yard(who did not put treatment on the sod). We have watered those areas several times a day all summer long and where they treated is all dead. We even have other places with new sod that is growing just fine. Joe the owner did not call me back after he went out to look at it. I called him this morning and said they weren’t taking responsibility for anything they did and said it was from the drought spell. ? We are going to have to replace all this sod because of their poor communication skills and lack of customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone!! Below are the 3 areas.

Old South Lawn Care did a great job fertilizing and managing the weeds in my lawn. Within just two treatments, my lawn looked amazing. Can't recommend highly enough!Service: Lawn care

I inherited Old South Services with the house we purchased. When I found out the price, after the first treatment, I thought it was an exorbitant amount - $113.00, as I paid half that price in a more expensive area. I inquired why it was so costly, and he said that was the going rate. (And then I saw, on a Google comment that someone else is paying half price.) Since then, they came out without my permission and sprayed again. They sprayed over our dogs balls used for playing.Very disappointed in every way. I called to cancel services altogether, and asked someone to call me back , and they never did. I’ve left several messages and never had any return call. I even went over to the place of business and no one was there. In fact, they are only open until 12:00 in the afternoon four days a week. The whole experience has left us disappointed. We will be hiring a different company.Service: Lawn care

I was recommended to Old South by some of my neighbors after moving to our new home that has been plagued with weeds. I spoke with a really nice gentleman on the phone and the pricing was very affordable. They also surprisingly came by that day to take a look at our lawn (front and back) and left a paper with the condition and other helpful information. Other places I called or who stopped by didn't do this evaluation (this professionally) which I really liked. For $330/year or 6 treatments of $55 each, it was great for our budget. I called back and signed up for services, and they came out 3 days later. Love the online convenience as well! Happy so far :)
