I came into the facility with an excruciating migraine headache, nauseous, chronic neck and acute back pain. I was seen by your great staff who was so knowledgeable and patient in their field of care. They made me feel that I was not alone and they were suffering with me through my discomfort. I really appreciate them and the work that they do. The only complaint I would have is their waiting time. I checked it online. There were several patients came in after me. They were seen prior to me even though they didn't check in online (I over heard them say it). With the gut-wreaching agony I had, I wished I could've been taken care of sooner.

Great online check in experience. Everyone was so nice and considerate. They were fairly busy. After seeing the physician, my chart was put aside due to the physician not writing orders for injections. After an hour waiting, I sought out a male employee, at the nurses desk. He found my chart and had the physician write the order. The nurse arrived, shortly, with my injections. I have severe migraines and the doctors, nurses and CRNPs have always been there for me. I’m so grateful for MedCenter North for treating me and helping me feel better quickly.

I had a great experience at this office! The staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived. Check-in was smooth, and the waiting time was minimal. The doctor was knowledgeable, took the time to answer all my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The office itself was clean and well-organized, creating a calming environment. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality care and a friendly, efficient team!
