“I wasn't sure what to expect based on reviews but when getting estimates they were one of a handful that works with the brand of flooring the previous owners had put down through half the house and we wanted to match in the remaining rooms. Every interaction we had with them was great. Mark took his time on the estimate making sure to note where I wanted the flooring to connect and flow from room to room (while other companies said they wouldn't even try). Jackie was great to deal with on the phone through every call. In the end, they couldn't get my laminate planks from their supplier (discontinued) but I'd found it online and they offered to install it if we could get it. They worked us into their schedule and the team arrived the day after my flooring and they were so fast! We had them do the equivalent of 5 bedrooms, and 4 of those included them removing and replacing some old planks to make it all flow. They had 3 guys, and were here for maybe 8 hours over 2 days. The first day they finished removing all the carpet and laid two rooms. The second day they had a small job to finish and arrived about 11am and were done before 3 and even cleaned up after themselves. We'd forgotten about needing a few trim pieces where the new flooring met our entryway flooring and they were able to order them for us and came back a week later to install. They didn't bill me for anything until it was complete and we were happy. The price was the best we were quoted from those willing to merge the flooring and the work was top notch. The flooring in the rooms they did feels more solid than the old floors and looks great. I'm almost sad we won't need any other flooring done because I'd love to use them again.
