We’re having trouble with our A/C unit. Our ‘regular’ company was called & we were told nothing was wrong with our unit & that there was nothing else they could do for us. We called these guys for a 2nd opinion & we couldn’t believe how responsive & helpful these guys were!!! They were able to come out within just a couple of hours, understood our situation & were more than happy to help us with our situation! They helped us figure out what was wrong with our system & we were able to make the appropriate next steps to get our system fixed. Our ‘regular’ company is no longer our company. Sorry, Birdwell. I can’t say enough good about my experience today with Cade Serment. On time, kind, understanding, quick and efficient. Life’s been difficult recently and he gave me listening ear while he worked, without judgment, which I needed. Thankful for a cool home and kind people.
