We had a long asphalt drive and parking area at a warehouse property that had several areas of significant distress/sinking and was otherwise in need of overall repair and maintenance. I am located out of state and made numerous phone calls to a large number of asphalt contractors and had a lot of difficulty even getting a call back. Once I called Cofield Asphalt, they were extremely busy with their active projects, but they promptly returned my call and got out to the property quickly to evaluate the project and get me a proposal.
