We had a long asphalt drive and parking area at a warehouse property that had several areas of significant distress/sinking and was otherwise in need of overall repair and maintenance. At the end of the day we were able to shore up the areas that were sinking with new sub-base and improved drainage, and then resurface the overall driveway. Cofield then returned to seal coat the project when it was cured and sent me numerous photos along the entire way. The result was better than I could have hoped for, with the best part being that I didn’t have a single complaint from our tenants about any disruptions while all the work was going on. I would highly recommend Cofield and will call on them again when we need further work.
