I’ve been wearing prescription eyeglasses since the age of 5-6yrs. Over time I noticed that the independent privately owned eyeglass stores have been disappearing. Unfortunately, they’ve largely been replaced by the chain-stores, the ones you find inside malls or strip-plazas. I tried one of those places once and did not have a good experience. IMHO, you’re lucky if you find somebody who’s knowledgeable or even cares about your eyewear needs when you visit one of those stores. I’d like to give 10 stars. If you're looking for THE BEST eye care, look no further than Owens Optical! I drive across town specifically for this clinic because the experience, service, and expertise are simply unmatched. Having worn contacts for over 20 years, I’ve visited a variety of chain eye care clinics, but none have left me as satisfied as Owens Optical. Recently, I faced a concerning issue with a red, light-sensitive eye. Understandably, I was anxious about what the diagnosis might be. A great customer experience. The last few eye exams I have had weren’t the best and both of my glasses and contacts were a little blurry. I decided to go to Owen’s Optical this time and I can finally see again. They dialed my eye prescription perfectly. My wife also loves my new glasses and I am so happy to be able to see again.
