Excellent service. Took 2 computers there to be looked at. Came home with 1 that is running great. The other there is no upgrading that could help it. Just old computer that never really ran correctly. They were able to get all of my files off of it and transferred to the desktop so I still had my files. Super great customer service. Fast service, called with updates and their recommendations. They will not try to sell you fixes they don't think will correct your problems. If you need repairs, or diagnostics ran, give them a chance. SUPER great people to work with.
I brought my computer in with a minor issue where my cpu cooler wasn't plugged in causing my pc to overheat and shut off and one of the workers was able to help me with it. Initially they would've charged me $50 for a servicing fee but I was able to get a free diagnostic from one of the workers which resolved the minor issue. Despite this, the service was really good.
Tyler, Crystal, and Gavin are all top notch. Diagnosed my son's gaming PC fast and with accuracy. Great customer service, great prices!!!! Take your PC here for repairs, upgrades or even if you need a PC built.
