**Long Wait Times**

I've been purchasing contact here for over ten years. The Costco optical department has great prices compared to other places that sell contacts/eyeglasses. However, the wait times can be extremely long.

Their customer service when they finally get around to you is great. I’ve only had one experience with a worker at this location who provided below-average customer service.

I highly recommend they add more service members to this department then it would be top-tier. Nevertheless, I will continue shopping here!! It's home for me!

Costco’s Optical is the best experience I’ve had in getting fitted for glasses. They really take there time to make sure your fit is precise. I would highly recommend anyone to become a member. Also, the prices are great as well.

Both the woman at the desk and the optometrist were SO friendly. Along with so amazingly friendly, the optometrist was really, REALLY good at her job. She did things the old-fashioned way, did them efficiently, and did them extremely well.

I walked out of there with new contacts on my eyes and crystal clear vision.

I'm glad that we went there for my eye exam. Between the beautiful, friendly woman at the desk and the amazingly awesome old school optometrist, they made sure that I won't go anywhere else for my family's eyes.
