The staff at Dr. Newman's office were great! No idea with the staff. They were kind and helpful. No one had an attitude or were judgmental. Dr. Newman was very thorough and listened to my concerns. Great Doctor. The FACILITIES. The rumors that Jackson hospital is subpar, well, nothing that I saw led me to believe any different. The water fountain was broken (BTW, go to your appointment here with a full bladder or your own already filled water bottle because the water fountain is broken), the walls were bear and disheveled, the building looked abandoned. At least on the first floor there was hand sanitizer provided!!!! Look past the facilities because Dr. Newman's and staff are great!
