I had a late appointment at 4:00 p.m., and the wait time seemed extremely long, so I was becoming a little irritated. As Dr. Bell came through the front door, I was still sitting in the waiting room. She made it her business to formally introduce herself and ask if I had been helped. In many other experiences, another doctor would have simply kept walking.
Dr. Bell’s professionalism, compassion, and bedside manner did not disappoint. Once I was called to the back, I had some hesitation about a test they needed to conduct. Dr. Bell and the staff at The Neurological Care Center of Montgomery were awesome. Even though the wait was a little long the staff constantly checked on me. They were all very friendly and Dr. Bell explained the procedure before we started. Great experience!
