I went in for a consultation and the lady was so sweet and informative, I felt so like welcomed it was a good experience. When I went in for the actual procedure the lady doing it was also super sweet and comforting because I was a little nervous. I highly recommend. Staff is great.

I saw the negative reviews after I had already visited the Martin center. Yes, maybe the person that answers the phone isn't always perfectly nice and all we hope for. That's life. I care way more about the procedures I'm going to receive and in that context my visit was great. I had Botox on my forehead only and as it was my first time I was well informed by the doc and the nurse. They took time to address my questions and concerns. After the procedure I noticed that my forehead was smoother yes, but the tension I held there also went away alleviating the little headaches I would get.
