I won't Ever go back Grelot Dental unless Dismiss Office Management! They told me my insurance going cover procedure, so I agreed to procedure. Few days later, my insurance sent me denial of claim Grelot sent and I had pay out pocket. Asked why Grelot why was I told insurance to cover. They said office manager out and will call me back. After a week wait, I call to speak manager. Told with patient, will call me back. No call back. I called again, manager said will find out why I was told procedure was insurance covered but wasn't.
