I really enjoyed Adrienne's Reformer Pilates class. She is a great teacher and is mindful about each student's needs. Don't be afraid to try something new in your fitness routine. Adrienne meets you right where you are. Thanks Synergy Yoga and Pilates!

Chris’s class today was complete bliss! In my 13+ years of practice, his class would be my favorite in Mobile. It was complete nourishment for the mind body and soul. The next time I visit Mobile I’ll be sure to take several of Chris’s classes. Namaste �
