Simply Life Learning Center (adjacent to Full Circle & Quiet mind, offers such a wide variety of courses to expand and nurture body, mind and spirit - from yoga & massage to healing arts, health & nutrition, massage CEUs and some arts special events. Great energy in this space. They're on Facebook, too!

Quiet Monday is wonderful! I've been getting massages from GInger for years and she always finds and works out my issues! I've also had massages from Michelle and she is awesome, too. All of the yoga classes I've taken there have been great. All around good people and quality services!

Ginger Dunaway is delightful person who continues to have her client's best interest in her heart all the time. The studio has a peaceful vibe and the classes are lead by dedicated instructors who have passion for and knowledge of their subject. The massage therapists are great at what they do- making you feel better!
