I cannot express how much I love this place. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. The instructors are amazing at what they do! They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend Sterling. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

The entire staff is excellent! The staff and clients who are very diverse in age and ethnicity are all friendly, encouraging and supportive. The facility is lovely and sparkling clean.
