I love my new dentist group! Dr.Krempa and Dr. Friedlander really know how to make you feel comfortable. My Hygienist was so sweet and delicate but didn't hold back on her recommendations and cleanings!

Starting off, I called on 01/05/26 to inquire about an appointment as I unfortunately broke my tooth on Christmas and had difficulty finding a dentist that took my insurance. I spoke with Courtney, and she confirmed they had an appointment for 01/06/26 with Dr. Morgan Collins at 9:00am. The next day AND in the morning? Already off to a great start! She sent an SMS with all paperwork, and it was a seamless process to complete it online.
I showed up to my appointment approximately 20 minutes early, and I had the pleasure of meeting Tiffany. The most personable receptionist! I have high anxiety when visiting the dentist, but she made me feel so comfortable as soon as I stepped in the door. She got me signed in, and I only had to wait 10 minutes before they pulled me to the back. I first met Kelly, and she was so caring when I explained my high-anxiety. I am also 27 weeks pregnant, and she made sure to only take the necessary x-rays. I then met Mekayla, and she also calmed my nerves. Then came Dr. Collins with the unfortunate news that my tooth could not be saved, but she was very empathetic and explained every single detail to me in a way that was easy for me to understand. She showed me plainly on my x-rays why my tooth could not be saved and formed a plan that I was comfortable with and made sure to let me know payment plans were available for what my insurance did not cover which was appreciated. I will not go into all details of the tooth extraction, but she made sure to let me know that I was in control of the process, and she and Mekayla both checked on me the entire way through. They gave me clear instructions both written and verbally on after-care.
I can truly say I am thankful I called Southern Smiles to book an appointment and that I had Dr. Collins as my dentist. I will continue seeing Dr. Collins for routine care, and I will recommend her to everyone I know!
