My ac was not cooling I called service Tech one and he said I will be out to check it in about an hour. He came checked it explained what he thought was wrong and by the next morning he had it fixed and we are cool again. We have used him over the years and has never been disappointed.

First I want to mention that I usually do not take the time to write reviews but my experience with this company and its owner compelled me to stop and take the time. We bought an AC system for our house about 6 years ago from Service Tec One Heating and Air. Brad Houston and his crew were very fast, professional and efficient. The price to remove the old unit and install the new one was fantastic. Well selling me something is one thing but their response to service is OUTSTANDING ! 1) It was after hours on a weekend and I called to leave Service Tec One a message so that hopefully I could get them out as soon as possible to see what was wrong.... read full review
