I had a fantastic initial experience with Service Tec One and its proprietor, Brad Houston. He picks up the phone immediately and tries to help as fast as he can. I contacted Service Tec One to have some new smart thermostats installed after my old smart thermostats were cut off from all Internet service by their giant tech overlord. Brad recommended a brand, I bought them, and he and Fred came over in less than 24 hours to install them. A little labor was required to get one of the thermostats provided with a Common wire (C). We are extremely happy with the service this company provided. They were quick to show up and do (an affordable) estimate and wasted no time coming back to do the job. The whole crew is very nice, polite and efficient, and finished the job hours ahead of schedule. No mess left behind. Our AC is happily humming now, doing its job. I’m definitely keeping their number, saved under “our AC guy”.

We are very pleased with Service Tech One! Our heating/air unit quit working, Bradford was at our house within the hour. Our new unit was ordered and installed in two days! Bradford and his crew are professional and extremely knowledgeable. They did a great job and we our very happy with the service they provided!
