I highly recommend Michelle at Safe Haven Holistic Therapy. I’ve been seeing Michelle for 7 or 8 years now for deep tissue and trigger point massage. I have major back problems from an injury and my work doesn’t help. If I didn’t see Michelle weekly to work out my back muscles, I’m really not sure if I could walkstanding straight up. She has also done some CranioSacral work on me for my migraines.Michelle has been talking to me about the RoHun therapy she is doing for inner healing and I will probably trust her to start that after the holidays. I have been seeing Michelle at Safe Haven Holistic Therapy for custom massages and energy healing for several years. She took care of my back pain when I was pregnant (both times) and I always felt much better after each massage. Her unique style of using energy healing and visualizations helped me getting over a major period of my life where I was dealing with so much built-up anger.
