The whole experience was nice. From the early presentation at the restaurant to the representative coming to our home. Ms. Ross was very professional and personable. Her knowledge was superb and if she didn’t know something (which was rare), she acknowledged that and found us the answers. My husband and I were very happy with the entire experience.
