Smalls did an amazing job with the last request for my son Jermaine Thomas Jr. Ann Covington was a big help guiding with love, grace, and wisdom with something I have never experienced before and I am thankful. Carlos Black after sitting at the table helped with every fear that I had. He was so good and kept me laughing and it really calm my spirit. He Was Amazing. The both of them checked on me and I am thankful. Jennifer consoled me when I needed it and I am so thankful, Ronnie and some others came running when they heard the scream I let out at the family viewing. Mr Hurd had me laughing at the viewing. The staff the day of the funeral was amazing and patient with Jermaine being young it was a lot going on but they were very helpful and I am so thankful for the entire staff. I may not remember every name but I'm thankful for the entire staff and defiantly 5 stars.
Small's did an exceptional job with the services for my sister (Regina). Dez was professional and patient in assisting with the final arrangements. He guided us through the process. I really appreciated his thoughtfulness with the fine details that we would have overlooked, but he took care of them without asking to make sure everything was just perfect. I can't say enough about Edward McCants. He was professional, prompt, kind, caring and compassionate. He was very attentive to our family needs. He kept us informed on the day of the service and made sure everything went as planned. I truly appreciated the personal touch from Edward when he was communicating with my family. December 18th was a difficult day for us, however Edward McCants was with us each step of the way. He is a walking example of excellence. Lastly, I can't forget the make up artist that ensured my sister was perfect for her homegoing services. She looked beautiful. I apologize if I have her name incorrect, but I believe it was Linda. Thank you to the Small's team for an exceptional job of taking care of not only our loved one, but our family as well.
Thanks to Small's Mortuary for a job Well Done. I recently lost my sister-in-law and the assistance my Niece and Nephew received from Pauline Burno and Des were well received. Thanks again Pauline, Des and the entire Staff at Small's.
