Based on the reviews, Professional Systems is a highly recommended business for electrical services. The techs are punctual, communicative, and highly skilled. They diagnose problems and complete repairs professionally, often working late to finish the job. The team is phenomenal, getting to customers fast and fixing issues immediately at a great price. They also installed a generator switch, which was a quick and affordable addition. The office dispatches technicians who accommodate schedules, and repairs are completed while on site. Everything is done neatly and on time. They are a reliable first call for all things electrical and have never fallen short.
The tech came out when nobody else would. He had clear communication and the problem was diagnosed and professionally repaired. The fee was reasonable considering he had to drive to a store to obtain the parts needed and was at my home working until way after 8pm. Highly recommended!
