“Had an issue with my GFCI outlet and they weren't able to come out immediately, however they helped me resolve the issue over phone/text ultimatum saving me money. A lot of places wouldn't do this but they did, won't call anyone else when the next issue comes up.“

“I had called a couple of electricians for estimates on some work I needed done. After telling them what I needed replaced they said they would call me back to set up a time to do an estimate. After a week of not hearing back from anyone, I called Electrical Connections. Mr. McClure gave me a ball park figure over the phone and was out to do the estimate in less than 48 hours (estimate was very close to the ballpark figure). He had his guys out to do the work the next week. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and had the job completed the same day as promised. I highly recommend them for your electrical needs.“

“Absolute heroes. Sunday night of Memorial Day weekend- I was traveling home from a quick trip out of town and got a frantic call from my house that the breaker was popping then shocking (with an arc of yellow) the person who tried to move the breaker back. At the recommendation of a good friend, I called Professional Electric. I got a call back within five minutes ( as I was driving and making sure my friend was ok) The OWNER! Called me and not only started the process to get help but went to my house himself to assess what was going on. By the time I reached the house the owner was picking up parts and had one of his best techs there to dig into the situation. “This company is a life saver! My power was shut off by Alabama Power because of an old faulty power box. This company responded immediately and genuinely concerned when I reached out to them. They contacted Alabama Power for me and took care of what needed to be done and all the way to having the inspector out on the repairs. Within 10hours of having my power off to my home, this company was there and repaired/replaced my power box and had Alabama Power back out to inspect and turn my power back on. The price was more than fair. They are amazingly fast in response and professional and will have them for future repairs!“
