Dr. Mark Douglas and Vikki were so amazing! We are so thankful to them and how they carried themselves. Dr. Douglas was very compassionate and relatable, he left my husband with such hope and confidence and before even leaving the parking lot, I had to stop and give him praise, after God of course! My husband was in a life changing accident in April and he was hit by a car at a high speed of rate, while riding his motorcycle. He was in the hospital for 2 months followed by rehab, this has been a journey but God has been so great and covered my husband and our family through this entire process. Dr. Neumann and the team at Priemer ENT were absolutely amazing! Our 3-year-old daughter had her tonsils and adenoids removed, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Dr. Neumann was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough, making us feel completely at ease. Our daughter did amazingly well, and we are so grateful for the excellent care she received. We highly recommend Dr. Neumann to any parents looking for a compassionate and skilled ENT specialist!

After going to this doctors group for years, they notify me once I got to the registration desk that they are no longer in network for my insurance. They were last year, but they didn’t even send me a courtesy letter. They have great doctors.
