We rented a tent, tables, chairs, stage, and fans from Port City Rentals for our large family reunion at our rural family farm, and we could not have been more pleased with the experience from beginning to end.

Early in the planning process, we visited their offices and had an extremely productive meeting with the staff. They listened carefully to all of our concerns and questions, especially regarding tent placement on the property. What impressed us most was that they later drove nearly two hours to the farm itself to help us determine the best location for the tent setup. That level of service and commitment was truly above and beyond.

Overall I am happy with the service. I first contacted Port City Rentals via email, and they were fairly quick to respond ( which is rare in this city) I ended up renting 12 chiavari chairs and a table. Chair pads were provided for free. The furniture does not look new, but I made it work by covering and decorating. They also give delivery option for extra fee, but I used a pick up option. Furniture was not heavy, so it is manageable. Prices are very reasonable and staff was nice and friendly.
