Called me, met me at the cleaners and had it ready. Customer service above and beyond. I’ve used Port City for years and they’ve always done a great job but I never knew how far they go to please their customers. Highly recommend.

I always try to use locally owned and operated businesses. My cleaning is always ready either on or before it was promised and the quality of the work is superb. They get an A++ for customer service. If something is not perfect, see Mary Jo. She will make it right.
