Left suit to be dry cleaned for a wedding and completely forgot to pick up. They were closed so I reached out on their Facebook site and asked if they could help. Owner responded immediately! Called me, met me at the cleaners and had it ready. Customer service above and beyond. I’ve used Port City for years and they’ve always done a great job but I never knew how far they go to please their customers. Highly recommend.
