Went two weeks ahead of time to be fitted for my sons prom and when I go pick it up and get home the coat they have in there isn’t the tails we wanted they put in a regular black coat and all they said was to bring it back but who has time to do that when it’s time for him to get dressed and leave .

My husband rented a tux for a Mardi Gras ball. When he got fitted, the lady asked if he needed shoes and we said YES. He wears a size 15 shoe so they had him try on a 14 (no 15s in the store at the time). The 14 was very small so we told them we would need a 15 or possibly a 16 when he picks it up. They assured us that they would have that in stock when we come to pick up. Turns out, they didn’t put the shoes on the list for him. He had to wear size 15 shoes that were too small and uncomfortable instead. Prices were very reasonable. Worked fast when they were super busy!

Tammy!! She was the best. After reading reviews I was a little hesitant about this business, but she changed my mind. I will update when I pick up my son's tux on Saturday. Keep up the great attitude and Thank you for making his experience pleasant. Go to the Airport Blvd location.
