Poboy’s 911 was recently at my home to investigate an issue. I was thoroughly impressed. Not only were Jerrick and John absolute professionals with incredible attention to detail, but they also have a fantastic sense of humor that completely put me at ease. Finding experts who are both skilled in their craft and genuinely funny is rare. I will definitely use this company again!
Very prompt and they are people who get after the project. Hardest workers I’ve seen in quite a while.
Plumbing leak flooded walk-in closet and surrounding areas. Home insurer sent Poboy911 for water remediation.
It was a pleasure to welcome Jerrick and John into my home. They were very personable, respectful, considerate, thorough and efficient. They were exemplary of my desire and expectation of the conduct and performance of technicians who we occasionally hire.
As a result of our experience with Jerrick and John, we are in the process of probably hiring Poboy911 for a much greater flooring project.
Thank you, Jerrick amd John.
