When I called last Saturday morning because my AC was no longer cooling, my call was handled with courtesy and professionalism. She took all the needed information and said a tech would call me shortly. Just a bit later, Dillon called and after getting an idea of my situation said he could be here in 45 minutes. He arrived as promised, and it probably wasn't another 20 minutes that he had the AC blowing cold again! He took the time after this to answer a bunch of my questions and soon had soft sold me the regular maintenance plan, that really is a good deal. Today, I had an unexpected opportunity to invite him back out for the much needed first maintenance visit... read full review

Our AC went out overnight, I called the following morning to schedule an appointment. The technician was out several hours Before the estimated window. So thankful!!!! Our tech was professional, honest, and had our house cooling down quickly. We always recommend Patco!!!
