Came out late on a freezing cold night and repaired my disabled son’s heater. Communication was great and they made sure my son was warm during this cold snap. Have used Patco many times. Always a pleasure dealing with them.

When I called last Saturday morning because my AC was no longer cooling, my call was handled with courtesy and professionalism. She took all the needed information and said a tech would call me shortly. Just a bit later, Dillon called and after getting an idea of my situation said he could be here in 45 minutes. He arrived as promised, and it probably wasn't another 20 minutes that he had the AC blowing cold again! He took the time after this to answer a bunch of my questions and soon had soft sold me the regular maintenance plan, that really is a good deal. Today, I had an unexpected opportunity to invite him back out for the much needed first maintenance visit... read full review
