In less than 24 hours before I was leaving town, a piece on my gold chain broke. I was flying out the next day and I gave James a call. Told him my situation, dropped off my pendant the morning of and he was able to get me my pendant back before I left later that day. Outside of the great service also had great conversation! Thanks!!
