10/10, I would give 6 stars if I could. Brian Loften is a gem and his thoroughness and professionalism blew us away. We were amazed at how good he is, and Inspect Mobile will be our go-to from now on. The entire process was painfree, transparent, and the inspector showed up on time and was absolutely everything we could have hoped for. Inspection report came through same day and it has been a weight off our shoulders. Thanks again to Brian and the team at Inspect Mobile. Excellent stuff.

Inspect Mobile has inspected several properties that I have purchased, both residential and commercial. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough.
On-time arrival, great communication and attitude, attention to detail, and a full professional report detailing the condition of the property and highlighting areas that require attention - a great experience all around.
