I highly recommend Inspect Mobile for home inspections. Jonathan Pierce was laser focused and thorough and provided a 46 page report with photos and recommendations the very same day. Jonathan was available to answer any questions my husband and I had regarding the report.I now understand why Inspect Mobile and Jonathan specifically have so many wonderful reviews…well deserved 5 stars!

Brian Loften of Inspect Mobile, LLC, arrived on time and immediately got to work. He explained his inspection process and what I should expect. He began his inspection, which was thorough, and took the time to explain important observations. When I asked questions, Brian paused his inspection and gave me his full attention until I had the information I needed. After the inspection, I received the inspection report the same day and was impressed with its detail and user friendly explanations. This is the second time I've used Inspect Mobile, LLC, and both experiences were superb. Thank you Brian.

The inspector was on time and went straight to work very honest and took his time and also took excellent pictures and data and I was sent the inspection report the next day with very descriptive reports on each items will recommend and will use again.

This was the third time we have used Jonathan at Inspect Mobile and like the other two occasions it was an excellent experience.Great communication during the initial process and setting up the appointment. Prompt arrival. Extremely detailed report and willing to share his expertise answering all our questions.During the first inspection he helped us identify a number of things in our current property that we have since repaired and increased the value of our home, and the improved the likelihood of it selling without any repair/replace contract clauses.The second inspection was for a house we were looking to buy and his inspection surfaced a lot of issues that we would never have known about. Extremely thorough and thankfully we were able to withdraw from the contract.Third time's a charm they say! Well this time it's true. Jonathan inspected our new home and there were no major issues. Once again he demonstrated his professionalism and deep subject matter expertise.We are hoping this is going to be our forever home, but if we did have to move again I would trust Inspect Mobile with my business, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jonathan to anyone looking to buy a house, or even just have an annual inspection of your property to preempt any potential issues that may turn into costly repairs.
