Excellent experience! The technician, Darryl, was very friendly and professional, good communication. I spoke with Jason in the office and he took his time to explain what was needed and answered all my questions!
Great customer service. Marcellous was knowledgeable about the unit, explain to me the issues. Did a diagnostic and replace the blower. Example my maintenance option. 10/10 Recommend.
We just moved to Alabama and didn't know who to call when we woke up to realize the A/C wasn't cooling. After some research I called Hembree. They were awesome! Ethan was here in no time and fixed the problem. They're reasonable in pricing too! They are now our go to and we highly recommend them!
