Customers have shared positive experiences with Havard Pest Control. One customer needed a termite contract/bond, and the technician, Clay, provided excellent service. He was polite, arrived on time, and thoroughly explained the inspection, work to be performed, and pricing. The customer felt confident in signing the contract and was pleased with Havard's service. Another customer, while initially satisfied with the company's politeness and timeliness, expressed some dissatisfaction with their ability to resolve a rat issue. The customer felt the communication could have been better, but ultimately resolved the problem themselves.
Overall, Havard Pest Control is a reliable and professional pest control company that offers a range of services and uses environmentally safe products. Customers have generally had positive experiences, though some minor communication issues have been reported. The company's long history and commitment to customer satisfaction make it a trusted choice for pest control needs in the tri-state area.
I highly recommend Havard Pest Control. They handled the termite pre-treatment during the construction of our new home and did an excellent job throughout the entire process. After the house was completed, they returned as scheduled to install the termite bait stations around the property. I will definitely use them again on another build.
We were extremely pleased with the service we received! The young gentleman that was doing the job was so polite and well mannered he explained everything he was going to do before he did it. It was a pleasure having such a young gentleman do the job. Thank you!
Havard Pest Control beat the competition price for a termite retreat extermination contract. I was very pleased with the entire process and Justin Blouin did a great job on explaining my options.
