We needed a termite contract/bond because the one that came with our home lapsed erroneously—we blamed the company they blamed us kind-of-thing—and we weren’t satisfied with them anyway. We made the appointment and the technician, Clay, came on the day/time we requested. He was very polite, calling ahead of time and confirming the address, then he arrived 15 minutes later. After the inspection, he presented us with our options and gave a lot of background info about the how/why/what regarding the work to be performed as well as the cost. They were so good about getting out to our house the next day, after I called them. They sprayed the whole house inside and outside! The technician was so nice and professional. I haven't seen a single Roach since they have been out. Look forward to next month!Services: Hornet & wasp extermination
