While they do not deal w/ rats, they have a wildlife control division that does. This man drove all the way from Alabama today & spent HOURS sealing every single nook & cranny on our house & setting traps. He was really down to earth & very good at his job. Extremely thorough. Thank u for making us feel safer in our new home. Of course, we do not want to keep seeing y'all LOL But we look fwd to continuing service w/ Arrow.

We changed our pest control and termite inspection and control to Arrow a couple of years ago. They have been fantastic. Their communication about when they will be arriving is excellent, and they don't miss those time windows that they give!When the conditions were right for the little mice in the area to have a population explosion, Arrow was right there to help me reign them in.Madison is our normal pest control tech and she is great. Always prompt, friendly, and conscientious about making sure not to interfere with anything where the pets might be.Services: Bug & insect extermination

Such a great company! My exterminator is the nicest young man and does a very through job. Any time I see a new ant bed or any other bugs the come immediately. Five ⭐️ stars.Services: General pest inspection
