Having traveled to the area for work, my lower back was in a bind from the long flight and hours sitting in a conference. I found Glow Wellness Studio on sheer luck and so happy I did. Holly was able to address my lower back pain and sciatica and offered suggestions from her other wellness experience for stretching and self-care. Her studio is clean and calming. I felt safe going to see her in spite of COVID. I highly recommend Holly and Glow Wellness Studio.
