They showed up at our house when they said they would to measure the roof and they got us an estimate back within 2 to 3 business days - if you’ve dealt with contractors at all, you know those two things right there are a Christmas miracle. They kept us up-to-date on when our new roof was scheduled to be installed, and they showed up on time and ready to go. The communication throughout the whole process was impressive.
