Booked an appointment for a sew-in...She charges $185 which is pretty typical for houston.. Drove 40 mins...just to be told that she only works with her hair. Which is a policy that is NOT listed on the website. Then her bundle prices are ridiculous for MEDIOCRE quality hair. She ACKNOWLEDGED that it is NOT listed on her website and said “yeah, I really need to put that in there”.. no apology, no compassion. She didn’t offer to make an exception. Doesn’t have bundle deals. It would have cost $400 to replace the bundles that I had already purchased.. There was dog sh*t on the floor. Just a mess. OMG! I absolutely love this place & the concept. I found this place on Google & I went in to purchase hair. Not only do I absolutely love the hair, to my surprise I was able to get the hair installed on the location at an affordable cost. There is a clothing boutique in the same location so it was nice to have a one stop shop type of store in town right next to my house.
