First time there to get a trigger point massage. The massage was painful but not in a bad way. I have chronic pain in my neck, shoulders, and hips and cervicogenic headaches everyday. Limited mobility in my left arm. I had so many knots and tight muscles. I walked out of there lose and light as a feather. The day of, before my massage I was in tears and I couldn’t take it anymore. It’s been 4 days since my massage and no headaches. I feel so much better. My shoulder is still hurting some and I did have better mobility. I will continue to go every few weeks! I signed up for a membership and I have received 2 wonderful massages. I decided to use a different person for my 3rd massage and when I went this morning for my massage, I scheduled a month ago, I was told after sitting there for 10 minutes that the massage therapist didn't know she was scheduled this morning. Keep in mind, I scheduled this about a month ago and I also received a reminder of this appointment Friday which I confirmed. I was so upset. I've been going to elements for years and always have a great experience. Eric is the absolute best! Very professional and skilled with the extensive knowledge of kinesiology and body alignment. Creates a calming atmosphere and doesn't talk constantly like a lot of therapists do, preventing you from really relaxing. He doesn't overdo it either to where I'm horribly sore the next day! Highly recommend!
