I signed up for a membership and I have received 2 wonderful massages. I decided to use a different person for my 3rd massage and when I went this morning for my massage, I scheduled a month ago, I was told after sitting there for 10 minutes that the massage therapist didn't know she was scheduled this morning. Keep in mind, I scheduled this about a month ago and I also received a reminder of this appointment Friday which I confirmed. I was so upset. I've been going to elements for years and always have a great experience. Eric is the absolute best! Very professional and skilled with the extensive knowledge of kinesiology and body alignment. Creates a calming atmosphere and doesn't talk constantly like a lot of therapists do, preventing you from really relaxing. He doesn't overdo it either to where I'm horribly sore the next day! Highly recommend!
I had my services performed by Saveria, and she was absolutely wonderful. An excellent masseuse—professional, attentive, and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend her!
