We had a backed up toilet on the first day of the Memorial Day weekend. Everyone we spoke with said the earliest they could send someone was the following Tuesday. My mom is recovering from an injury so waiting for several days wasn't an option. Thankfully we called DrainBusters Plumbing. I sent a text to number on their message and got a very quick response with a follow up call. They had technicians Steven and Dooley here within two hours and had the issue resolved within an hour. They stayed in contact, gave updates on arrival time and even supplied pictures of the technicians so we knew who'd be in our home.

This review is for the October 2025 services. Not our first call to Bruce and Drainbusters and we are totally satisfied with their service. This time we determined we had un under the slab hot water pipe water leak. Chris and Steven came out and we discussed several ways to solve the problem. The main problem was no hot water!! We all agreed that re-piping the entire house was the most efficient way to fix the problem over the long-term (20+ years). Chris and Steven worked their butts off to get this done while limiting damage to the sheetrock (which they don't fix). We had a big problem when the kitchen sink clogged up. I used Drain Busters last year with a bathroom clog, and was fully satisfied, I decided to call again . Bruce came out within a couple of hours and really took time to hear my concerns and explained what he would be doing. He thoroughly cleared my drain and cleaned up afterward. Very nice! He even called later to follow up and make sure everything was still good.
