I needed my fortified roof certificate updated. Mr. Wiik gave me a fair price, set up an appointment to come out to my house and they were right on time. Very professional and received my certificate within just a couple days of the inspection. Highly recommend this company.

Julian did an Amazing Job he was very detailed on a home we were interested in buying. Unfortunately the home was not going to pass for the loan we were acquiring but I rather have know that before going through to closing and not being approved and wasting more money than needed. He really opened our eyes to what we needed to look out for when buying a home. Our realtor connected us with him and I begged her that with our next offer inspection to have Julian again. He was thorough with the inspection and was kept up clear communications and instructions on how he was going to be getting the job done.
