I have purchased a house in Mobile and Julian’s inspection has tremendously helped me to get to know this house. His report was well laid out with clear, concise photographs, and unlike other inspectors, his language was not dramatic but factual. I came to the house when he was about to finish his task, and he was patient enough to answer all my questions and show me the main concerns. Thanks to this excellent report and our conversation I knew what repairs should be done, and also received a professional view on how long may my roof last, or what may be the cause of the noisy HVAC.
