CLUB4 Fitness Schillinger is a membership-based health facility that offers a wide variety of workout equipment and classes. The gym is known for its clean and professional environment, with plenty of machines and free weights available even on busy days. The staff are friendly and provide good service, making members feel welcome. The facility is always in good shape, and the overall atmosphere is positive. While some customers note that the bathrooms, especially the men's, sometimes feel unclean, the gym's cleanliness overall is appreciated. The gym is quite busy after 5 pm, but members find the staff friendly and accommodating. Although there is no sauna or TV besides ads and weather updates, the gym remains a popular choice for those seeking a professional and friendly environment to reach their fitness goals.
Brought my mom in for her free trial a few weeks ago and we really enjoyed the experience the redhead girl at the front was so nice and showed us all around. She explained things and made my mom feel encouraged to start working out. My mom is in her late 60s and was scared to get started but after the visit she was excited. Shes been going a few times a week and has been doing great she says the redheaded girl always recognizes her and is sweet to her. Thanks club4!!
I am fairly new to Club 4 but the last couple months I haven been very impressed with the customer service and cleanliness of the equipment. Mia has been there several times I have been in and she always greets me with the brightest smile, first impressions really make or break someone's day and even on the days I lack motivation to work out, her smile and kindness is the boost I need! I have brought in 3 friends since joining, Club 4 is definitely the place to be!
Staff is generally polite and helpful; they have pretty nice amenities for the membership. When equipment goes down or isn't usable, it is rarely fixed in a timely manner. Cardio equipment can be down for months at a time making it difficult to meet workout goals and, when asked, the staff rarely has information about when it will be fixed or why it takes so much time for equipment to be fixed.
