CLUB4 Fitness Hillcrest is a membership-based health facility that provides a wide range of fitness equipment, aimed at helping members meet their health and fitness goals. The gym is known for its friendly and professional staff, who are always ready to assist members with any questions. The welcoming atmosphere is enhanced by employees who go the extra mile to support members, even helping with childcare. While the gym may feel a bit small, it effectively serves its purpose. However, members should be aware of the cancellation policy, as it requires a 30-day notice to avoid extra charges, which may not align with the advertised commitment-free promise. Overall, CLUB4 Fitness offers a positive environment for fitness enthusiasts.
Kellie O is absolutely incredible… She’s always positive. She’s always one step ahead… She’s kind and helpful. She keeps the gym, absolutely impeccably clean, the coffee is always delicious and whenever there is a problem, she finds a solution! If ever we need an extra fan in the Spin room, she finds one … If we need extra paper towels, She brings them. Always with a smile! I have been wanting to write a review to give her a shout out for months… I’m sorry it took me so long!
I really enjoy this Club.. This was my first visit and I’m already looking forward to coming back in the morning. The environment was so clean and equipment is very updated. Glad I joined
When I went in I was greeted with a smile and a cheerful gentleman named Stan. He was very polite & professional. Explained everything I needed to know & made sure if I had any questions they were answered. I would recommend this facility to anyone wanting a nice quiet place to work out.
