08-19-2025 - I called BIS for my company and they sent TERRY to our location to address some connectivity issues we were having. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything as things went along and he answered all of our questions. It didn't take him long to find the problem and get us back up and running. TERRY is an exemplary representative for his employer. We will always choose this company for service in the future as we have previously. THANK YOU, TERRY AND BIS!! :)
I recently joined a company using BIS and was put in place as the point of contact for our company with them. The process was quite smooth, and the BIS team has done a great job proactively communicating with me, training me to use their tools, and their support is very prompt and professional. I've had a great experience with BIS.
