I highly recommend Brunson for your heating and cooling issues. They were very responsive when I called on Monday when we had an issue. Heater quit working. They ordered a new unit and came this morning and installed it as the snow was coming down. We now have heat, and we are very thankful for their professional and quick service.
Had the best experience today with Brunson Air and Heating. Robert, the technician was prompt, professional, and courteous! He provided a quick diagnosis and fixed my problem at a fair price! Will definitely use Brunson Air and Heating in the future should the need arise! 5 STARS!
Got a new heat pump from Brunson a month ago and it was a great experience. Customer service was excellent! I would call CeeCee often with questions and she was very helpful and kind every time. They were quick and thorough with the install and stayed with me for awhile after to explain the system and answer all my questions. The system has been working great! I would highly recommend.
