Nice atmosphere, good people & Sarah was awesome & thorough & explained everything to me. It smelled delicious. I was comfortable & I loved the lighting. I felt great after the hour massage.

The best place ever. I am currently receiving monthly facials- Esther, deep tissue massages- Sarah and chiropractic care Dr. Nic. The extra care and concern that the entire staff takes by going above and beyond is not found often in the service industry. I am so happy that I found Body Spine and Mind and highly recommend to all of my family and friends.

This was my first time getting a professional massage and Ms. Pam Whittington did a wonderful job making sure I was comfortable. She took care to explain the process while allowing me to relax and enjoy the moment. After my hour was over I was definitely feeling refreshed and disoriented like I had a great nap!
