The manager was very helpful. I needed to update my tag in the system and add a new car to my account and the manager took care of me personally. I did not know they had a senior discount either, so I ended up getting a discount on my vehicles as well. I appreciate the fact that she asked how my new year was and had an actual conversation with me instead of treating me like a tag number. She made my day a little brighter.

First time customer but I bought the big tuna and I am definitely coming back. Jessica the manager made sure I left with a smile. She even gave me an air freshener for free and answered my questions about the graphene. My kids loved the employee dressed as the grinch too. Will definitely be back.

Big Tuna Car Wash always does an amazing job! My car comes out spotless every time! The staff is friendly, quick, and really pays attention to detail. You can tell they take pride in their work.
